If having challenges on the pregnancy journey such as a loss or infertility diagnosis has left you feeling as though you're not a mother, I'm here to tell you that you 100% are.

We've been using the wrong definition for motherhood. Our children become our children before they're here with us on Earth and our children are still our children even after they've transitioned back to Spirit.

In this episode, I share:

1. Stories from parents all over the world whose children remember choosing them as parents before they were born (fascinating!)

2. The framework that I use for motherhood as a result of this wisdom

3. A beautiful healing experience I had with my babies

4. Ways to practice self-care and create boundaries around Mother's Day and other days that may be triggering
