We've all had those moments where we hold back from letting ourselves fully feel an emotion, or a feeling, or we let our thoughts dictate how our reality is shaped.
I think this is the most frustrating part about mental health, which is no matter how far each one of us has come in our journey, there always seems to be setbacks, challenges, and difficulties that send our mind back to what feels like our original starting point.
This can be very discouraging, considering the fact that all of us reach plateaus in our mental health, our personal goals, relationships, finances, health, growth, spirituality, etc.
This video/podcast is an attempt to whisper to all of you who are experiencing this right now, because it's exactly how I feel and it frustrates the absolute fuck out of me.
But we can get better. We can try harder. We can overcome our issues. Every problem has a solution. This is temporary. This is a season. You are being tested. You are undefeated. Stay the course, make adjustments, and find ways to win. #NurturetheMind
