Michelle Duffy is a Yoga/Meditation/Metaphysical Teacher and soon to be a Certified Health Coach. She is passionate about helping women who feel overwhelmed to have inner breakthroughs that transform their perceptions of the world. She is getting ready to launch her curated system: Becoming a Heart4Miracles, where she goes deep into 15 principles that she applies in her life to help release anxiety, find happiness and go after big dreams. Coming from an Engineering degree, she focuses in understanding and demystifying the connection between the heart principles and the science of how they really work.
