How do you find your way back to the life you love - a life of being active and fit? How do you do that when you’re stripped of all your energy, severely fatigued, and no one up until this point has been able to help you pinpoint why you’re not able to push past it and be done with it?

I’ve experienced that very same struggle - living with chronic fatigue for years - and overcoming it. As a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis Expert, as well as my lived experience with it, I think it’s fair to say I’ve got some valuable insight into how to go about living FREE from it!

Whether you’ve only recently started experiencing symptoms of severe fatigue or you’ve been dealing with it for 6 months or more, and you haven’t been able to figure out why, I’m confident this podcast will help you start making connections and gaining insight into things that are triggering it or making it even worse, and ways to start reversing it.

If you’re a woman who loves the outdoors, you love being active, fitness is a huge priority in your life and lately, you’ve been struggling to do any of those things because of your fatigue and various health issues.
