As a counselor Stephen sees people all ages, genders, races and background and what is striking is that no matter who you are or what you feel is unique to you, is actually more common than you'd think.

Remember - we are not alone. We all have demons, self esteem issues and can suffer from imposter syndrome. It's okay to not be okay, so reach out and talk to someone, but most of all never give up on your goals and dreams, or you may very well regret it.
