Hey Friends & Kin!
A conversation ALL about how we can & should be loving up on ourselves as well as each other – especially during these dark times. I give three simple "soft rules" for how to love on ourselves FIRST; looking at how SELF LOVE is really the ultimate form of BLACK LOVE. I also then took to these internets & got some feedback from my Friends & Kin (aka listeners of the show) about the joys of Black Love. It’s so BEAUTIFUL & so GOOD that I had to share what I found or what YOU shared with me. By the time I’m done, y’all better be smiling and feeling all warm & fuzzy inside!
