In today's episode, I will once again bring a guest interview to you. Today we'll explore more deeply the phenomenon of dreaming, and in particular, the form of dreaming that is called Lucid Dreaming.
Lucid Dreaming is where you become aware while you are dreaming, that you are dreaming, and then are able to approach the dream environment in a progressively more lucid manner, which then enables you to explore Dreamtime in a way that does not happen while you are involved in the more common form of dreaming.
The individual I will be interviewing today has over forty-five years of experience with Lucid Dreaming, has written and published two books and has shared this information in a wide variety of venues.
