The first three stages of the 2024 Tour de France have been brutally hard, intensely hot, and all around unforgettable for our squad. Sean and Neilson take you through the Grand Départ in Florence, what it felt like to finally pin those Tour numbers on for our Tour rookie, and how they have been coping with the heat. They also walk you through how our team responds to different scenarios in a race and how we got the yellow jersey.

There's still a lot of cycling left before the first rest day, but we are proud of how this team is riding.
