Bios: Rev. Dr. Mark A. Rabe is the director of recruitment for the LCMS Office of International Mission. Rabe served from 2015–2021 as an LCMS missionary and theological educator at Mekane Yesus Seminary in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
