Kat Sturtz is a business life mentor and The Purgatory Relief Coach for People Who Think Marketing Is Hell for her ability to help small business owners quickly move past obstacles that had kept them trapped in despair and leaking money.

She has an eclectic business background that includes farming, hospitality management, advertising sales, publishing, as well as business consulting and marketing services for a wide variety of small businesses and non-profit organizations, going back to 1971. She’s also an award-winning nonfiction author (Kathy Henderson), dynamic speaker and workshop presenter.

Since 2007, she's worked full-time as a business life mentor, coach, and consultant. Her specialty is helping struggling solopreneurs and small business owners figure out what really has them stumped, stuck or stalled trying to attract customers and increase sales. She’s the owner and founder of 56 Vibes Services, Rocking Your Path, and You Can Cuisine with her retired chef husband. She's also the host of Fast Action Fridays interview series that first started on April 1st 2014.
