TJ is a childhood friend who started lifting weights when he was 14. SInce then he has won numerous british and european powerlifting titles and been in the gym ever since. TJ opens up and talks about his journey and how training in the gym with his crew has helped him with his mental health through some really tough times and kept him on the straight and narrow.
