The definition of a vision board is a visual tool or collage used to help clarify, concentrate and maintain focus on what truly matters to you. I like to think of a vision board as a visual representation of my goals. Pictures, magazine clippings and photos of things that inspire more help me focus on the things that I want to bring into my life or achieve.
I'll admit, that I was not always a believer when it came to vision boards. It started one night as I watched an episode of "the Bachelor". It was one of the first shows of the season. The one where all the girls come one at a time in a long limousine while telling their life story up till this point and express why they are interested in this Bachelor.
This was around the time vision boards were becoming a little more popular and so I'd heard about them a time or 3 but hadn't made one of my own yet.
And then came the part of the matchmaking show.....
