Kelley shares with Trista how she pairs magic with science through life coaching, how we can train ourselves to form “spiritual” abs, and how to identify our nonnegotiable daily needs in order to get to a place of stability and build a strong foundation. Trista and Kelley work through examples of FLOW using a common trigger (do any other moms feel this way about dinnertime!?) and discuss ways they are continuously working to better themselves.
