She offers her raw and inspiring story through her book, A Million Skies: Secure in the God's Strength When Your Mind Can't Rest. She has served as a teacher, mentor, or missionary to students for twenty-five years. Her current call is to minister with her husband to refugees from around the world. She also shares the message of hope God has given her as she speaks, writes, and coaches. She live in Illinois with her husband and three children.
