Burger + Sanchez Lead the Way for Miami in Atlanta

Jesus Sanchez hit two RBI doubles, including the go-ahead run in the seventh inning, leading the Marlins past the Braves at Turner Field.

Jake Burger had two hits- including his fourth home run in five games- driving in two runs for Miami. Nick Fortes added two hits and two run scored. Xavier Edwards extended his hitting streak to six games and his on-base streak to 20 games.

The Marlins bullpen was fantastic again, tossing 6 1/3 scoreless innings while giving up just two hits and striking out eight.

Marcell Ozuna homered for the Braves, his 39th.

The Braves lead this series two games to one and the season series seven games to two.

The series finale is tomorrow, with first pitch set for 1:20pm ET. Edward Cabrera (1-3) will start for Miami, facing Atlanta's Max Fried, (7-5) who is coming off the injured list.
