Sometimes we “stew” over stuff in which we have no control. We think about it over and over again until it turns into anxiety, worry, hurt, and depression. We feel stuck, seemingly unable to get out of this pit of despair. We are told to “let go and let God” which seems easier said than done. But I am finding there are a few ways in which we can let Jesus take our issues and put them in His hands. Here is what I am still (even in my old age) discovering…..
