Renée Chan is a culinary dietitian who figured out how to make a living out of what she loves. She wanted to become a dietitian but decided to give cooking a try. She began working in New York restaurants for no money, which she refers to as “learning cooking for free”.
With the knowledge she learned as a dietitian, she decided to open a food company in Vancouver. The company produces Asian sauces and hosts cooking classes. Find out how she did it in this episode!
