Gratitude for wellbeing. It's Thanksgiving this week in the USA and Canada. This beautiful day is a celebration of the harvest and other blessings of the past year. Just thinking about it makes my heart light up. Because my daily gratitude practice is one of the things that helped me mentally get through 6 lockdowns.
