Lexi was born in Las Vegas & raised in Boulder City, Nevada. She comes from a family with a background in police work and the military. Her father, who is a firearm training officer with the @lvmpd , encouraged Lexi to go for the pistol marksmanship team at school. She was a member of the University of Utah Marksmanship Club ( @universityofutah ) while studying Pre-Law Physics. She put her career on hold and moved to Colorado Springs to train at the Olympic Training Center in preparation for the 2021 Tokyo Olympics. If Lexi wins a medal at 2021 games, it would be the first earned by a U.S. athlete in women’s sport pistol since 1984 Olympics.
